What are the common faults of electromagnetic control valves, and how can they be troubleshooted?
After power is applied, the valve fails to close completely (resulting in continuous medium leakage), or after power is cut off, the valve stem fails to return to its original position, allowing the medium to continue flowing.

The Origin of the Name for Solenoid Valves
The core component of an electromagnetic control valve is the electromagnet (electromagnetic coil), which generates an electromagnetic field when current flows through the coil, attracting or repelling the internal iron core (or armature) and thereby actuating the valve's opening/closing mechanism or causing the spool to move.
