Cartridge valve, also known as logical valve, is a relatively new type of hydraulic parts, it is characterized by large flow-carrying capacity, good sealing performance, posture dexterity, simple construction, so it is mainly used in the total flow of relatively large hydraulic transmission system or the system software with strong requirements for sealing performance.
It is composed of control back cover 1, cartridge module (by the valve sleeve 2, torsion spring 3, spool 4 and hydraulic seals), liquid-controlled check valve manufacturer cartridge block material 5 and the dominant components (placed on the control back cover, the figure is not drawn). Because this kind of valve cartridge module in the circuit key to control the pass, break effect, it is also known as two-way cartridge valve. The control back cover plate packages the cartridge module inside the cartridge block body and communicates the AC liquid control valve and the cartridge module (also known as the distribution valve). Depending on the opening and closing of the distribution valve spool, it can play a controlling role in the conduction of the main oil channel. Using different liquid control valves, it can form working pressure control, orientation control or total flow control, and can form compound control. A number of different control role of the two-way cartridge valve assembled in one or many cartridge block body will constitute a hydraulic circuit.
In terms of principle, two-way cartridge valve is equivalent to - a one-way throttle valve, A and B for the leading oil channel has and only two work in the oil port (called two-way valve), X for the control port. Change the operating pressure of the control port, you can control the A, B port conduction. When the control port has no hydraulic machine effect, the working pressure of the liquid under the spool exceeds the spring force, the spool is opened, and A and B are interconnected, and the angle for the flow of liquid depends on the pressure size of A and B ports. On the contrary, the control side has hydraulic machine efficacy, when px ≥ pA, px ≥ pB, only then can ensure that the middle of the A and B ports turned off.
